Sorry for all the confusion. I upgraded the wrong account (twice) via credit card. Didn't realize that I have two accounts and two eBay accounts. Please refund the full amount to my credit card. $80.00 I am now going to upgrade the other account which is the one I primarily use for bidding. Please let me know this was taken care of. Thanks,

Thank you for your question about the refund. I located one payment in PayPal on February 13. I didn't see a second one. Also, the payment I see is $36, not $80.

1. Can you confirm the above?

2. Also, what is the eBay ID for the other account you mention? The payments were applied to "aco*****ity."

The price you have now is by far our cheapest, and it's locked in until it is canceled. I want to be careful not to cancel it since the price is locked in until it's canceled, and the coupon won't show again after that.

Please let me know on the above 2 questions.
