Subscription Did Not Renew

I just paid for 6 months with my debit card account, it went through to my bank, I logged out of Bidslammer, deleted the cookie, got back in and it still hasn't acknowledged my renewed subscription.
Please help now.......thanks.

Also, your support system says after I submit the ticket that it sends a link to my email address, but that doesn't happen, so you need to look into that problem also.

Thank you for your question about your subscription. As you hopefully noticed, we reacted immediately when we saw your note and it reflects correctly now. I just wanted to mark the thread as Responded.

Our PayPal "IPN" payment notifications didn't register the payment, so I just updated you manually.

Back when I submitted the ticket, your system wasn't sending me an email alert that you had responded, so I did not know. Of course, I am now getting the email alerts as evidenced by my response here after getting one.
So, thank you for updating my subscription and I'm glad to be getting the email alerts again.

Yes, we reached our quota with our email service. The quota reset the next day. To avoid a repeat situation we doubled the quota.

Glad to hear that the alerts are helpful. I don't know of any other services that have it.
