1. On 8/31/2025 paypal sent $24.99 payment to Bidslammer.
2. On 4/23/2026 my subscription had supposedly expired and I was unable to bid. On that date I made a paypal payment of $40.00 for a fixed number of bids that do not expire. Most or all of those bids have not been used as I was still unable to bid..
3. Today paypal sent bidslammer a payment of $24.99 for subscription renewal.
4. Please suspend my account and refund the excess payments,

Have you logged into your Paypal associated with Bidslammer to "unsubscribe" to Bidslammer auto payments? Please let us know if you have taken this step already to stop the automated payments, and we apologize about this issue.
