I paid April 2025 for a 2 year subscription . Now your software says that my subscription ends  April 9,2026. Nothing but problems with your service ! Could you please let me know what is going on . Thanks: Fred

Thank you for your question. When you asked to update this last year, I accidentally put one year instead of two. So it was a manual error, not with the service.
