Thank you for your question about your subscription. It looks like the subscription was suspended on February 28. PayPal wasn't able to collect the recurring payment on 2025-02-18.

The most likely solution is your credit card needs to be uploaded again, on the PayPal site. Please try that and let me know. If you pay, it will automatically update.

Yes if you had pay per use snipes, then covered those up with a subscription, they yes-- the snipes should re-appear.

2. 2025-02-18 - a year later, all credits used, so you paid $24.99 and began a recurring annual subscription.

3. 2026-02-18 - one year later, payment declined

4. 2026-02-18 - payment declined

5. 2026-02-23 - PayPal suspended the account.

The most likely solution is your credit card needs to be uploaded again at PayPal. Then it will grab the payment.

Make sure not to cancel! Because that $24.99 is a very special coupon that is only offered to tenured customers.
