I sent an email to [edited] about this topic on 28th July with no response.

I had $96 taken from my paypal account [edited] for a subscription renewal of my account, but I no longer use this service and my account is dormant.

I'm not aware that there was any warning to me that payment would be taken.

I have removed the recurring payment from paypal, but can you please reverse this payment and downgrade or remove my account?
