I order 5 snipes and was charged $10 receipt #1581-5211 and my account did not update. Then I ordered another additional 5 snipes and was charged $10 receipt #1968-1122 and my account again did not update. I've refreshed several times rebooted and signed in and out and still nothing. Can you please assist.
