Thank you for your report. I do agree that two in the same month is not a coincidence; something is going on.
I can assure you that 99% of the time we investigate what we encountered when we placed the snipe, it's something you would experience if you had placed the bid manually. We can't get around things like seller blocks.
But since we can't produce a log file for these 2 snipes, we added extra credit to your account. If this happens again in 2026 we promise to refund your payment.
