My snipe bid was never placed. The log does not have any details. Are you able to determine why the system did not place my bid?

Thank you for your question about this snipe. The log does indicate that the snipe was placed and we did get a response from eBay. The problem is that the response packet didn't have any details. I pasted it below.

This rarely happens, perhaps 1 in 10,000 -- and we don't know why. If you opened chat with eBay and asked them why your bid didn't register, I'd love to know so we can identify this situation programmatically, and add it to our list: https://bidslammer.com/help/status-messages/
