This item sold for much less than the snipe I had on it, so please tell me what happened.

Your help instructions say to click on the Snipe Log, but when I do, the web page is not reachable.

Also, and I've said this before, you are NOT sending support ticket information to my email address, so I have no way of knowing what your responses are for a problem.

PLEASE make sure you contact me to let me know what is going on with all of these issues I've contacted you about in the last couple weeks.

Thank you for your question. This is a duplicate post and we had replied to the other one. We gave some explanation and a credit. Also, yes we had hit our email quota and it reset the next day. That has been upgraded.

I did not get an email alert to that other response post, as you indicate you had some sort of email quota, so I don't have access now to that explanation about the bidding problem.

When we place a snipe, it's from multiple locations, so we know it's placed and have to refer to the error message eBay returns. In this case, there weren't log entries from the snipe.

One strong suggestion I'd like to make -- due to the competitiveness of the items you purchase, I'd use 4 or 5 seconds for your lead time. That is because you want your snipe to come in earlier for a tie situation.
