I just bought 25 Snipes and it did not reactivate my premium account

We are sorry about that -- it has been reported that this issue has occurred a couple of times recently and we haven't been able to exactly pin down the condition that caused this payment issue. Did you use using Paypal or Stripe? We have added snipes to your account and really do apologize for that "fail", we have been doing updates and sometimes we run into issues here and there, thank you for your patience!

Actually, after looking a little further, it looks like Stripe was used - just let me know if that happens to be wrong though. We will investigate this payment/account update issue, and thanks for the screenshot!
