Hello, I received an email that indicated I was automatically charged $72 for a renewal.

Invoice number LT2GUBEP-0002

I checked, and I had cancelled the auto renew in PayPal quite a while ago.

So, please refund me for the $72, as I am no longer using BidSlammer, although I think it is an excellent product.

Please respond to this submission ticket in the near future.

If I don't hear back from you by tomorrow morning, I will ask my banking institution to investigate this situation of this unauthorized charge by BidSlammer of $72. I don't have any other recourse since I am not getting a response from you after two attempts to bring this matter to your attention.
