I recently updated my account for the $10.00/5 bid version. In addition to the "Account Closed" message in red letters, if I leave my desktop for ten minutes my posted snipe disappears to a blank page? Also, in the last 5 minutes of an eBay auction the Bidslammer clock does not function at all in real time? Please help and advise! I submitted a winning bid for the item number above and I don't believe my Snipe went through at all.

Thank you for your message. Our records indicate that last year you won several auctions and later disputed two charges as fraud, which resulted in service fees on our end. As a result, eBay has revoked any further permission for you to use our service, and we are unable to transact with your account.

Regarding the timing question: our system clock is synchronized with eBay’s to within approximately 1 millisecond. Accuracy cannot meaningfully exceed this in practice. The on-screen display refreshes every 5 seconds by design to maintain browser performance.
