Current Bid not updating on refresh

The current bid right of the green check box isn't updating when either, Bidslammer Current listings refreshes, I manually refresh, or manually hold F5 key and refresh. Happens on all listings. Uploading screenshot, I reckon is saved with link to this ticket request?

Thanks for reporting this. I can't reproduce this issue and I verified, at least for my test, that the data is being fetched and stored correctly on our end.

Only two users reported this in the entire day, so it's local. Try clicking SHIFT-REFRESH in your browser. That is, hold down shift while you click the refresh button. That clears the cache.

If it still happens, then try clearing the entire cache in the browser, or try another browser.

Please let me know how it goes.

Deleted all browsing history and cachet in Chrome (Version 145.0.7632.159 (Official Build) (64-bit). Clicked Shift-Refresh, didn't resolve. Opened Edge (Version 145.0.3800.97 (Official build) (64-bit)), delete all browsing history and cache, Clicked Shift-Refresh, didn't resolve. Noticed Chrome had a pending update (Version 145.0.7632.160), relaunched, problem still exists. Reproduced on desktop computer (Corsair One) and laptop (HP-ENVY).

If you happen to be available tomorrow afternoon sometime, perhaps you have an RDP setup to see what's on my computer? If so, I *should* be available after 2pm. Am a Firefighter/EMT, so schedule is always whacked.

It wouldn't be browser settings. When I looked in our database, all of the bids and price info was non-zero. So I assumed it was resolved.

It's a display thing. I will be sure look at this in the afternoon tomorrow.

Hi, I think the confusion is that you have two accounts. I think one authorized into the other.

Are you using the second one at all? fdcu_79 ?
