ACCOUNT SUSPENDED!!!! IM PAID FOR YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION AND YOU ARE CHARGING MONTHLY!!!!!!!!!!

This is my fourth attempt to resolve this issue. In January, I paid $96 for an annual subscription, yet shortly after my account stopped working and I was told to purchase another plan. Since then, I’ve also been charged $20/month, despite already having a paid annual subscription.
Now my account has been canceled again, and I have received no response or resolution.
This is not about the dollar amount—it’s the principle of being charged multiple times without receiving service. This appears to be a system issue, and I’m concerned others may be affected as well.
I am requesting immediate restoration of my account and correction/refund of any duplicate charges.
If I do not receive a response by end of business day, I will escalate further.
