The money was taken out of my account on Friday ... I have issues with your website about every 2-3 months .. It's almost like this is how you get people to pay more... start a new subscription and we will reactivate your account.... before I know it I have 4 monthly accounts.... come on at least someone reply to me... This is the 4th time I have asked for help from you.. Please resolve this issue today

If this is happening to every body where you are taking the money out of their account and still have their account suspended ... asking for money is against the law.... no matter the amount... I have paid my $20 on the 9th of this month and still my account is not working and I cannot get any one to respond.... Ill give you another day
