Where within the dashboard does it show account balance and deposits? I can't find it anywhere. I made a deposit of $25.00 on 01/13/26 which took days to clear but was eventually posted. I don't see any reflection of that transaction anywhere on your website. It appears as though I am a "Premium Member" and am able to use some of the premium features but would like to confirm so I don't try to use the service and get disappointed which happened previously. I joined and made the deposit with the intention of trying it out on an active, near ending auction only to see that my account had not been upgraded and premium features weren't immediately available. Would be nice if you mentioned in your FAQs an estimate of how long various payments may take to show up on an account and perhaps follow up with a notification. What is showing now is that 'My Subscription is Active', I'm a 'Premium Member' and my 'Last Payment' was for $0.00 - whatever all that means. Where is the $25?

Thank you for your question about your subscription. I updated your account as soon as you wrote, and am just writing to mark the thread as resolved.

Our PayPal "IPN" payment notifications didn't register the payment, so I just updated you manually. That's also why you didn't see the payment in the left sidebar.
